Today my van (Pete) went in for his annual service. We took him to Robert and I must say we were impressed from Start to finish. Robert was prepared to meet me earlier than his usual opening time to accomodate my nursing hours, he explained in detail what it is he was going to do and check and what quality of spares he would be using. He worked on Pete personally and made sure all the checks he promised earlier were carried out. By the afternoon when we got Pete back, Pete was sorted. He is driving smoother and has more energy, he has more power even on the uphills. This service was a major service because the cam belt was changed and the best part was that the price was amazingly affordable. To top off the excellent service, Robert called us to check if we got home safely and to find out how the van went.
